CLEANING
Proper
cleaning is vitally important in maintaining a beautiful
appearance level for your carpets.
These are the cleaning
procedures we follow:
1)
Measuring, identifying,
inspecting for stains, necessary repairs, and any special
cleaning
or handling procedures needed to achieve optimum
results.
2)
Thoroughly "dusted" to
remove abrasive sand, grit, and embedded soils.
3)
Hand, machine, tumble, or jet washed as dictated by the carpet
fibers, construction, and
condition, using carpet specific
detergents and cleaning materials.
4)
Completely rinsed and extracted
to remove soil, all detergents and cleaning materials.
5)
Dried under controlled temperature and humidity to achieve best
results.
6)
Inspected and further work
performed as needed to pass final inspection.
7)
Rolled and wrapped in virgin craft paper for
pick-up or delivery |
REPAIRS
Repairs of all
kinds are performed at K.A. Pridjian & Co., including fringes,
sides, seams,
or worn areas to keep your carpets in the best
condition. A
large inventory of materials are available for more complex
repairs that may
involve patching or re-weaving. We will assist with
consultation in evaluating
the condition of your rug and the repairs it needs.
We offer a regular pick-up and delivery service in
Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana and also have many clients in distant cities that
send us their carpets for service using package carriers such as
UPS and FedEx. We can
help you make all the necessary arrangements for an easy and
happy experience.
